I am Gwendolyn Morgan Wild,
a mother, a mystic, a medicine carrier, living in the shadow of sky islands in the high desert.
My work weaves somatics, embodiment, and energetic activation into containers of regenerative co-creation. I hold spaces where truth can be remembered, and potential can be realized.
I do not come to our work from the outside
I join you from within it.
I am not here to fix or heal you.
I am not here to give you the answers you seek.
I am simply here to hold the torch,
to invite you over the threshold,
to revitalize your own connection with the sacred,
to point you back to the wisdom within your bones, again and again and again.
I am here to hold space for your becoming,

Is this religious? What if I'm not spiritual?
This is inherently spiritual work, however there is zero religious dogma here. These energies do not care what you call them. They do not care about labels such as “spiritual”. They just are. There is no obligation to adhere to a certain spiritual system.
This is about YOU and YOUR connection with the divine. YOUR relationship with your body and with the unseen.

What if this brings up trauma I can't handle?
In this workshop, we only invite into the practice what you have the capacity to hold.
This doesn’t mean it won’t be challenging or potentially triggering. It means we’re only inviting in what you have the tools to handle- or what we are meant to expand into the the ability to handle.
This experience is not stewing in, or reliving whatever potential trauma arises. Rather, we are allowing that which we are no longer meant to carry to alchemize- sometimes without even knowing exactly what we are letting go of.
